The Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Vietnam team. In this role, you will serve as a key technical liaison between Pytes and our customers, providing end-to-end support throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sales solution design to post-sales troubleshooting and product servicing. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically savvy and customer-focused professional to grow with a fast-growing global energy storage leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored product solutions for customers by aligning their technical requirements with Pytes existing product portfolio and complementary solutions.
- Deliver on-site and remote product repair, maintenance, and upgrade services to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide regular product and technical training to customers, empowering them to maximize the value of Pytes solutions.
- Accompany sales teams on customer visits to address technical inquiries, present solutions, and strengthen client relationships.
- Oversee the repair and upgrade of products prior to shipment, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and specification standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An English major with strong technical aptitude is also welcomed.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); familiarity with the energy storage and lithium battery industries is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in a B2B technical support or related role, with a solid understanding of pre-sales solution design, product development workflows, and post-sales issue resolution.
- A resilient, hard-working attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer sites across Vietnam and the region.
