We're looking for
Technical Support Engineer ( Power Platform focus) to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam. You'll be a part of our Delivery Services team.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced support for Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
- Delivering services and solutions for customers as part of the Power Platform Team using the suite of Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on the platform.
- Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitating process improvement.
- Understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support to escalate and resolve tickets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online
- Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types using the O365 API.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred).
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Power Platform components.
- Experience with data integration and automation.
- Ability to write and debug scripts.
- Understanding of API integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure services and environments.
