Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for provide on-site support and backend support for growing businesses and projects to enhance delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for after-sales technical support for deployment of repeater, DAS, Femto, ORAN, gateway, UMS and other products in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and other regions.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues raised by customers and frontline teams, and participate in the design, review, and optimization of technical solutions;
  • Provide both backend support and on-site support to address technical problems encountered by customers during usage, including complex software issues, equipment troubleshooting, and other technical issues.
  • Undertake various technical support required for daily marketing and sales activities, such as technical communication, solution drafting, product testing, installation and commissioning, and other technical tasks.
  • Provide training for channel partners or users, and support product exhibitions and technical seminars.
  • Maintain close communication with the R&D department to keep abreast of its latest technical trends, and learn and master cutting-edge technical knowledge;
  • Conduct regular work summaries and planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, extensive industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required for workplace communication. Applicants with Chinses language skills will have an added advantage.
  • Strong stress resistance and multitasking ability, excellent communication, service awareness, and market insight.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, responsible and emotionally resilient.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business
