Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Technical Staff located in bien hoa city Vietnam. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering prompt solutions to ensure operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing technical challenges, offering innovative solutions, and fostering clear communication with team members and customers to address technical inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem identification and solution development
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with the team and convey technical concepts clearly
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve issues efficiently
• Customer Service skills to understand and address client requirements effectively
• Proficiency in using technical tools and familiarity with industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience in the garment manufacturing or apparel industry is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
