Role Summary
As a Technical Solution Engineer, you&aposll be the technical bridge between our AI platform and global investment clients. You&aposll ensure seamless customer onboarding, build integrations, and drive customer success through technical solutions and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Support
- Lead technical onboarding for new customers (investment firms)
- Integrate customer CRMs and data sources into our AI platform
- Set up webhooks, SSO configurations, and ensure data quality
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-to-end support
Integration & Automation
- Build integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs with customer systems
- Create automation workflows using tools like Zapier and no-code platforms
- Write scripts to automate repetitive customer processes
- Ensure smooth data flow between systems
Analytics & Reporting
- Create dashboards and reports for customer insights
- Monitor customer health through data analytics
- Build automated alerts for proactive customer management
- Validate data quality and resolve discrepancies
Product & Customer Collaboration
- Translate customer business needs into technical solutions
- Collect customer feedback and work with Product/Engineering teams
- Document processes and create best practices
- Conduct technical demos and training sessions
Essential Requirements
Customer Success Experience
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support
- Proven track record of customer success and retention
- Strong understanding of B2B workflows and business processes
Technical Foundation
- API experience (REST/GraphQL) - understanding of API calls, authentication (OAuth2, API keys)
- SQL skills for data querying, analysis, and reporting
- Scripting experience (Python preferred, or willingness to learn)
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar)
Communication & Language
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving approach
Location & Availability
- Based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City preferred)
- Flexible to work with global time zones (occasional evening calls)
- Remote work capability with reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Experience
- Python scripting for automation and data processing
- Frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for simple UI modifications
- Dashboard creation experience (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Cloud platform familiarity (Azure, AWS)
Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes
- Knowledge of financial services or investment industry workflows
- Security awareness (data privacy, compliance)
