Reporting Line: Technical Service Senior Manager (expat)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional technical support to customers in flexible packaging products and applications.
- Act as a technical interface between customers and the sales team to ensure products meet required specifications and performance standards.
- Conduct laboratory activities, including physical and chemical testing of materials.
- Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams as needed.
- Handle technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints.
- Advise customers on appropriate product selection, usage, and application techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in the flexible packaging industry, including films, laminates, coatings, or related raw materials.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with effective communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and technical meetings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, R&D, and Quality Control.
