Product & user application training / demo for Dealers / Sub Dealers / End users
Coordinate with appropriate departments for pre-delivery inspection
Maintain for all trucks in the local warehouse in good condition
Align with regional team for all aftersales activities deploy in Vietnam
Communicate with factory for update all warranty policy and models
Translate & edit service manual into Vietnamese
Strengthen the trust & loyal program for end user though service quality with KION Service Partner (SP)
Support warranty claims, repair request from customer channels to SP
Initial diagnostic or testing trucks with SP when needed
Solve troubleshooting issues, answering technical questions, and providing timely solutions to ensure optimal equipment performance at end user sites
Spare parts forecast with spare parts planner for prompt response to service orders
Monitor, evaluate and prepare continuous improvement process for Customer Service Index for Dealers
Maintain technical history records for complex problems
To attend monthly technical meetings with the regional team and factory
Requirements
Job Requirements
Min 3 years of relevant experience in technical support
Preferably have prior experience in technical support, troubleshooting, communicating with end customers and hands on experience with forklift well-known brands
Min a bachelor degree in Engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to converse in English
Prior experience in handling Chinese customer is preferred
Able to conduct internal and external technical trainings when required
