As a Technical Service Representative, you will manage in specific segments Technical Service in Vietnam market meeting customer service expectation and requirement. You will report to Technical Service Manager. You will be based at Xingfa plant in Cao Thang Industrial Park Zone, Hai Duong.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement technical service procedures and standards
- Support technical service of specific segment (Powder & Extrusion Liquid) to ensure service on time and meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Co-operate to investigate and reporting of customer line product complaints. This involves independently calling upon customers to determine scope of problem for either on the spot or follow-up laboratory resolution.
- Help provide technical service to customers in the entire paint process to meet required online quality and cost targets by ensuring the performance of PPG paint products and follow CAP process
- Coordinate and support introduction trials of new and modified technology at customer plants to ensure they meet expectations
- Promptly escalate technical risks, deviations, or potential claims to the Technical Service Representative, Lead/ Supervisor.
- Comply with Company and statutory E&HS regulations and quality systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science (Chemistry) or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience for Powder coating or technical service for Industrial Coating
- Having a technical background in coatings in service or paint shop environments adds points.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A candidate or employee with experience building relationships with main stakeholders for each assigned customer.
- Proficient in English for communication and internal reporting. Speak Chinese is a significant advantage as Xingfa is a Chinese-owned company.
