Position : Technical Service Officer/ Executive

Department : Smart Business Solution Dept. (SBS)

Products : Multi- function copiers (MFP), Office Solutions Information Display Panel

(IDP) and Interactive White Board (IWB).

Working place : 54-56 Nguyen Trai St., Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working hour : Mon – Fri. from 8:30 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:30

Lunch break : 12:00 – 13:00

Reporting to : Technical Service Manager – SBS.

Target start date: As soon as possible

Job descriptions:

Technical & Service Executive.

- In charge of technical services directly with trouble-shooting and daily onsite support/ set up all MFPs/ solution to customers.

- Management service activities under instructions from Immediate Manager.

- Technical service training for distributors and dealers for Business Equipment/ MFPs products.

- Monitoring and analyzing all distributors and dealers performance related to each production group.

- Support, training and give professional advices to customers about products specifications

- Analyzing distributor performance and evaluate their service business if any.

Requirements:

• College or Bachelor's Degree.
• Has more 3 years of experience in photo Copier (the experience in our competitors is most appreciated)
• Used to work as the same position in Copier field.
• Communication in English (if any).
• Customer Service skills
