Job Title: Key Account Team Leader

Responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company's strategic clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and maximize revenue from these clients.
Understanding the needs and expectations of potential clients to ensure that products and services are delivered that meet and exceed their expectations, thereby seeking opportunities to increase revenue from these clients.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Maximize revenue by building, strengthening, and upgrading relationships, identifying and effectively exploiting opportunities.:
- Build, maintain, and develop partnerships with strategic clients.
- Identify and approach potential clients by participating in exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
- Plan regular client visits.
- Monitor, gather information, and analyze the market to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and untapped opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and assess the company's position in the industry.
2/ Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by designing appropriate services, managing and addressing risks promptly to guarantee stable revenue.
- Understand customer needs, analyze and assess customer problems, and help them solve them.
- Prepare presentations to introduce new trends and concepts suitable for different customer segments.
- Directly participate in negotiations and problem-solving with customers.
- Directly participate in negotiations and contract drafting with customers.
- Negotiate, add necessary terms, or cancel terms that pose a high risk to the company.
- Establish appropriate product forecasts for each customer.
- Propose customer credit policies to the Commercial Director and manage accounts receivable.
3/ Leverage internal resources and existing personal relationships to expand markets, product lines, and product categories where the company has capabilities and a competitive advantage.
- Evaluate the company's current product lines and products to identify available capabilities and competitive advantages, thereby developing appropriate business plans and sales strategies to customers.
- Utilize existing personal relationships and relationships with colleagues within the company to seek new opportunities and enhance business cooperation.
- Prepare periodic reports on the progress and results of business activities for management.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with relevant departments within the company to ensure effective coordination and support.
4/ Develop a monthly action plan.
- Develop a detailed action plan to maximize the potential of existing customers and acquire new customers based on customer, market, industry, and product analysis results.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented activities to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Adjust business strategies and operations based on feedback from the market and customers.
5/ Set goals and create an action plan for the team.

6/ Regular reports for Commercial Director
- Regularly report on the progress and results of business activities.
- Analyze the reasons for actions that have not been implemented.

- Developing human resources for the team
- Developing a team training plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE
- Formal training in the food industry.
- In-depth understanding of the food flavoring and ingredient market.
- Thorough understanding and proficient application of B2B sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics.
