Are you a Mechanical/Electrical/IT related Engineering& or Sales graduate with higher than 2 years of experience Your opportunity to supercharge your career is here at Vertiv! We're on the lookout for future innovators to join our dynamic teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:
- Support presales activities, e.g. proposal generation, product position, solution offer, responding to technical clarifications in tender.
- Support presales site activities, e.g. preliminary site visit, coordinating trial test supports / preparation.
- Match customer needs with Vertiv products / systems / services& translate end-to-end solution to sales proposition with clear customer value and benefits.
- Provide technical training to sale team partners, customers on system operations, solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales force to address customers usability, solutions, and implementation issues.
- Prepares technical presentations of power and cooling solutions, architecture feature design that benefit to company and delivers to customers.
- Work co-operation with local & regional technical support, service & sales team
- Engaging M&E and Datacenter consultants building up good relationship to delivery Vertiv solutions
