Position Purpose:
The position is responsible for managing technical service sales and product proposals in Vietnam, with a focus on expanding into new prospective factories.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and close technical service, spare parts and revamp sales.
- Proactively manage daily customer communications, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
- Translate English business and technical documents.
- Attend industry conferences and travel domestically/internationally as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Automation, or Materials Science Engineering.
- 5 years selling technical equipment/services to steel mills (bar, wire rod, HRC); ferrous/non-ferrous production background accepted.
- Strong background in metallurgy and mechatronics; proficient in MS Office.
- Business-level written and spoken English.
