1. Business Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and develop new customers in Electronics, IoT Devices, EMS, ODM/OEM sectors.
  • Introduce Makipos factory capabilities: PCB, PCBA, SMT, DIP, FCT, test jig, NPI services.
  • Approach potential customers via meetups, LinkedIn, offline visits, Techdays, Expos, and industry events.

2. Technical Consulting

  • Understand PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes, machine capabilities, SMT line capacity, BOM, Gerber files, and panelization.
  • Receive Gerber/BOM from customers and collaborate with Engineering/PE teams to evaluate manufacturability (DFM check).
  • Explain technical requirements to customers, including tolerances, PCB materials, components, and testing requirements (ICT/FCT).

3. Quotation Negotiation Deal Closing

  • Prepare quotations based on BOM data, SMT/DIP processes, testing costs, and lead time.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (MOQ, pricing, lead time, payment terms).
  • Prepare contract documentation and coordinate with Back-office / Legal teams for completion.

4. Order Management & Production Coordination

  • Monitor PCBA production progress at Makipos factory.
  • Work closely with Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle customer issues arising during the production process.

5. Customer Relationship Management & Revenue Growth

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyze revenue data and order frequency; propose value-added services (VCT, FCT, box-build).
  • Collect customer feedback to improve processes and product quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Technical Sales, Inside Sales, FAE, Presales, or technical roles in electronics manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of PCB, PCBA, BOM, electronic components, Gerber files, DFM/DFT.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and product documentation.
  • Experience in SMT/EMS/PCBA environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Service-oriented mindset, integrity, and commitment.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and able to work under sales pressure.
  • Willingness to continuously learn about electronics manufacturing technologies.
