Technical Sales-Junior (Electronic components field)

Our dedicated team includes Technical Sales, FAE, Purchasing, Sourcing, Warehouse, and Customer Services professionals to provide comprehensive support, including components, PCB, and PCBA services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales-Junior, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Technical Sales-Junior will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing technical support to customers, and working closely with the sales and technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Technical Consulting and Customer Care

• Receive and analyze customers technical requirements.
• Present and explain product specifications and features.
• Address technical inquiries quickly and accurately.
• Monitor customer status and update feedback information.

2. Customer Development and Sales Promotion

• Proactively seek out potential customers and build client relationships.
• Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate with customers.
• Cordinate with Inside Sales to prepare and send quotations as requested.
• Support the preparation of sales documents and contracts.

3. Internal Coordination and Reporting

• Communicate with the FAE team to handle technical request.
• Coordinate with Sourcing team, CS team, Inside Sales team to process the Order.
• Track the progress of complaint resolution and provide customer feedback.
• Submit periodic reports as required by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in the electronics components industry is a plus
