Job Description
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets in CropScience & Industrials.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer.
- Providing technical support and product knowledge to clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports to management.
- Participating in industry events and exhibitions to promote products and services.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Agribusiness, Specialty Chemicals.
- Strong knowledge of CropScience & Industrials products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English communication.
