Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets in CropScience & Industrials.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer.
  • Providing technical support and product knowledge to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to management.
  • Participating in industry events and exhibitions to promote products and services.

The Successful Applicant


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Agribusiness, Specialty Chemicals.
  • Strong knowledge of CropScience & Industrials products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English communication.
