 [HCM / HN / DN] WE ARE HIRING: B2B SALES ENGINEER (INDUSTRIAL PUMPS & VALVES)

New Ocean Automation System Co., Ltd – a leading provider of automation solutions in Vietnam and SEA with over 20 years of expertise – is looking for Sales Engineers to join our dynamic Commercial team!

The Products: You will focus exclusively on selling high-end Industrial Pumps, Industrial Valves, and related fluid control equipment.

Target Clients: You will supply these products to top-tier global FDI Manufacturing Plants (US, Japan, EU standards), EPC Contractors, and Machine Builders (OEMs). Key industries include F&B, Water Treatment, Chemical, FMCG, and heavy industries across Vietnam and SEA.

YOUR MISSION

  • Hunt & Develop: Actively seek out and build relationships with potential B2B clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Consult: Analyze customer needs and provide expert advice on industrial automation equipment and solutions.
  • Close Deals: Lead the negotiation process, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and successfully close contracts.
  • Achieve: Meet and exceed sales KPIs while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with clients.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience. (Direct experience in selling Industrial Pumps, Valves, Pipes, or Fluid Control systems to FDI factories is a huge advantage).
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Automation, or related technical fields.
  • Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: English communication skills to work with global partners and read technical datasheets.
