Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Engineer to join our team on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support, creating tailored proposals, engaging with clients to understand their technical needs, and assisting in product selection. This role also involves delivering technical presentations, ensuring customer success through post-sales troubleshooting, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of wireless sensing technologies and IoT platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
