Technical Recruiter

We're looking for an expert in delivering top talent in the technology and IT industry to join us as a Technical Recruiter. You will be developing strategies to proactively identify, engage and recruit the best-fit talent for the company's ongoing operations, ad hoc projects, and new business. Responsibilities

• Fully execute the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and recruitment leadership
• Actively search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified CVs for recruitment requirements
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further processing
• Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, media and internet sites
• Manage multiple requisitions and working in a fast-paced environment
• Manage the posting of job vacancies at top performing recruitment channels

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition / technical recruitment with full cycle hiring experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating & closing candidates)
• Experience working in a technical environment or recruiting for engineering, product, or IT roles
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (for example, TopCV, VNW, FB), Boolean Search (nice to have) & Talent communities in Vietnam
• An active, hardworking, enthusiastic nature and a willingness to work overtime
• Natural networking ability and a love of meeting new people
• Fluent Vietnamese and English
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management and collaboration with Hiring Managers, ability to influence with data, well organized with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks & tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, React) is a strong advantage
• Experience working with an ATS preferred
