Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical and quality planning aligned with factory business goals, including setting direction, priorities, and budget
- Build and develop team capability through effective structure, hiring, coaching, and succession planning
- Monitor performance and continuously improve team effectiveness and ways of working
- Partner with production and operations to enhance material utilization and overall efficiency
- Establish and maintain consistent product quality standards, including audits and regular reviews
- Support technical troubleshooting across materials, testing, and garment engineering (pattern, sewing, process optimization)
- Take ownership of critical customer and internal issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to solve problems and improve operational outcomes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, certifications, and sustainability requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and continuous service improvement
- Align team with business priorities while driving accountability and high performance
- Develop and mentor team members to build a strong talent pipeline for future roles
- Promote a positive team culture and act as a role model for company values
- Continuously improve personal effectiveness and adapt to changing business needs
Requirements:
- 12–15+ years of senior experience in garment manufacturing, with strong exposure to Technical- Quality functions
- Proven track record in leading technical and quality strategy, ensuring product standards, compliance, and continuous improvement across factory operations
- Fluent English
