We are looking for a Technical Proposal Engineer – Gas Measurement to join Endress+Hauser International Asia Pacific in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
What is the role about
Provide cost-effective, high-performance technical solutions for industrial applications from the Gas Measurement portfolio. Offer technical support during the pre-sales and acquisition phases to E+H sales stakeholders, assisting them in selecting the most suitable application solutions to meet end-customer needs. Utilize E+H tools, industry expertise, and product knowledge to deliver high-quality quotations in a timely manner, ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of performance, accuracy, delivery time, and investment.
Which tasks will you perform
- Assess customer requirements and determine suitable technical solutions from the Endress+Hauser portfolio.
- Prepare and manage technical quotations and customer offers.
- Support Sales teams in developing, clarifying, and closing opportunities.
- Provide technical support throughout the quotation, order, and project execution lifecycle.
- Coordinate with customers, Product Centers, Operations, and Project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage opportunities, requests, and related information in Salesforce and other business systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Contribute to business growth through professional technical and commercial support
What do we expect from you
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 2–10 years of relevant experience in engineering, technical sales support, or industrial applications
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Accountable, reliable, and supportive
- Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
- Well-organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
