Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Project Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Technical Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage deliverables, and ensure projects align with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, developing schedules, managing communication among stakeholders, mitigating risks, and leading teams toward successful project completion.

Responsibilities

Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management

Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be

affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required

Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of the organization

Execute the project according to the project plan

Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff

in the organization on the progress of the project

Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Involve in making a solution proposal for a new RFP.

Skills/Experience Requirements

Bachelor of Computer Science

7+ years in Software Development

Experience in Application domain (min 4-5 years)

Experience in some technologies:

+ Web Application: Java/ ReactJS/ NodeJS ...

+ Mobile Application: Android/ iOS

+ Cloud: AWS/ Azure

More than 3 years working as PM in the software industry.

At least 1 year leading a 15 people project team.

Solid understanding of software development/test automation in both techniques and approaches

Have an ability of talking with customers about plan, requirements, scope, schedule, technical issues in English.

Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills

Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management

Honest, reliable, proactive, can do attitude.
