Salary: USD 2,500 3,000 NET monthly

Type: Full-time & in-office

Location: Thanh Xun, H Ni.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure stable performance across web, mobile, and backend platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical operations and coordination experience who are comfortable working with international clients and cross-functional engineering teams.

Oversee daily operations of platform applications across web and mobile environments

Set up and maintain monitoring for performance, uptime, and resource usage

Manage incident response and coordinate issue resolution with development and infrastructure teams

Perform system health checks and capacity planning

Work closely with backend teams (Node.js, Python) to understand system architecture and deployments

Coordinate with frontend teams to monitor performance and user experience

Liaise with mobile teams (Flutter) on releases, testing, and deployments

Coordinate database operations across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis

Manage Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration workflows

Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation

Plan and coordinate maintenance windows with minimal user impact

Track operational metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Define and manage operational SLAs and performance standards

Communicate platform status, incidents, and updates to international clients and stakeholders.

Must-have:

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields

4+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, or platform-related roles

Strong understanding of Linux systems and command-line operations

Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based applications (AWS or Azure)

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge of backend technologies, preferably Node.js or Python

Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases

Fluent in Vietnamese and English communication skills for working with international clients

Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Experience writing technical documentation and operational runbooks.

Nice-to-have:

Experience managing content or marketing platforms

Familiarity with React.js or modern frontend frameworks

Experience with Elasticsearch or Redis

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Experience with monitoring and alerting tools

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
