The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.
Responsibilities:
- Building transparent project plans followed by communicating the plan and status with project stakeholders
- Responsibility for the creation and maintain of project schedules and risk mitigation plans
- Anticipating risks, assessing, mitigating, and managing accordingly
- Organizing and present program reviews/status to engineering, senior management and customer
- Scheduling and driving meetings vertically and horizontally to ensure communication and decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 10+ years Technical Program Manager experience
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Technical understanding of laptop/tablet technologies and manufacturing processes
- Overall understanding of consumer system architecture
- Excellent cross-organizational and project management skills, thriving in a highly innovative, evolving, and ambiguous environment
- Strategic/tactical leadership skillsenthusiastic, self-driven, organized, and motivated to achieve results
