JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Program Manager works with and reports directly to CTO to maximize engineering execution across the company. This role combines technical understanding, project management, systems thinking, and cross-functional coordination. The Technical Program Manager acts as the CTO's force multiplier by ensuring that critical technical initiatives move forward, engineering decisions are documented, and communication across teams remains aligned.
This role is ideal for a senior engineer or engineering manager who enjoys solving technical problems while enabling others to execute effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION
CTO Execution Support
- Facilitate communication with business partners on technical aspects
- Facilitate communication and coordination between R&D teams Vietnam and US
- Prepare technical briefs and decision summaries.
- Organize design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Track action items and follow up on execution within R&D department
- Maintain the engineering decision log.
- Work closely with PMO to drive execution of strategic robotics programs across hardware, software, AI, controls, and manufacturing.
- Review and organize document specifications for completeness and consistency.
Special Projects
Manage/Support initiatives assigned by the CTO, such as:
- New hardware components/software algorithms qualification process
- Robot architecture evaluations and improvements
- Engineering productivity improvements
- Validation and reliability initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in Robotics/AI.
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Excellent written communication
- Proficient in English
- Strong project management skills
- Strong systems thinking
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings and technical documents
- Ability to communicate with engineers from multiple disciplines
