Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Customer Engagement & Governance

·      Primary customer Interface: Serve as the technical window representing the factory's production performance, technical issues, and process optimization

·      Ops Readiness Alignment: Lead status updates and technical reviews with the customer. Deliver data-driven reports on build progress, yield status, and process bottlenecks.

·      BKM implementation: Conduct and drive BKM (Best Known Method) and Lessons Learned (LL) items, ensure up to date learning across all programs.

·      Issue Tracking: Maintain and drive the Major Issue List (MIL) to closure, ensuring all action items assigned by the customer are addressed promptly before mass production.

 

2. Factory & Machine Readiness

·      Machine Buy-Off (MBO): Review Process and Equipment Buy-off reports to ensure asset performance meets production requirements.

·      POR Readiness: Review and lock down all POR (Plan of Record) parameters to standardize process settings for manufacturing teams.

·      Tooling & Fixture Validation: Review critical dimensions, tolerances, and design integrity for tooling, jigs, and fixtures from all stage.

·      Process Change Management: Drive Process Change Notices (PCN) for improvement proposals, leading the validation data review with customer to secure formal approval and implementation.

 

3. Production Performance & Output Management

·      Ops Demand Fulfillment: Monitor yield and build performance. Review yield bridge and drive internal engineering teams to bridge the gap between actual yield and target yield.

·      Cross team management: Lead cross-functional teams to conduct failure analysis on critical process (e.g., Active Alignment shifts, particle contamination, cosmetic defects, image quality issues).

·      Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical, manufacturing, and process risks. Formulate mitigation plans for the critical path to ensure on-time delivery.

 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree or above in science, or equivalent engineering experience.

·      2+ years of experience in manufacturing industry, with a proven track record for project management.

·      Fluent in English. Must be capable of hosting technical calls and writing engineering reports in English.
