Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical teams (Mfg, DFX, Test, Quality) for program readiness.
- Manage technical risk roadmaps, technical gating milestones, and dependencies.
- Drive technical review forums to resolve complex multi-variable hardware issues.
- Establish technical standards, line quality gates, and process control requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in EE, ME, CS, or equivalent technical field.
- 5-7+ years in technical program management with a focus on test strategy and manufacturing readiness.
- End-to-end test strategy ownership: from concept through sustaining (DVT → PVT → MP → Sustaining).
- Deep experience optimizing test processes across SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP production lines.
- Proven track record of driving improvements in test yield, cycle time, and line balance.
- Complex project schedule management: ability to manage interdependent workstreams across 10+ teams.
- Technical risk identification and mitigation across manufacturing and test programs.
- Ability to provide critical on-site support at CM factories during development builds and sustaining.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams: Test Eng, Automation Eng, Quality, CM, and Suppliers.
- Strong data-driven decision making: comfortable with yield data, Pareto analysis, SPC.
