Job Description
- 推動作業安全與職業健康防護,列入每日巡廠的作業觀察項目;並以推動設備、設施、作業設計改善來杜絕風險
- MFCC改善降低设备down 机率,評估及研究新製程設備, 提升生產力
- 設備作業流程優化&標準化, 以及工作流程持續改善, 進而達到製程穩定.
- 召募和培育團隊人才, 發揮戰力, 帶領團隊持續前進.
- 推動高績效目標, 優化團隊組織架構,建立并努力達成KPI指標;
