Responsibility
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrating AI into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Drive adoption of AI-first engineering practices across coding, code review, and automated testing
- Evaluate and implement tools to enhance developer productivity and code quality
- Define scalable system architectures and establish engineering standards
- Ensure high performance, maintainability, and security across all systems
- Promote modern technology stacks and engineering best practices
- Act as a hands-on technical expert in the JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js and React.js)
- Guide system design, architecture decisions, and enforce code quality standards
- Support teams in solving complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with Sales and Presales to design scalable and competitive solutions
- Present technical solutions, architectures, and participate in client workshops, demos, and PoCs
- Mentor engineering teams and build a strong culture of ownership, quality, and efficiency
Qualification
Must-have
- 5+ years in Technical Lead / Architect / Engineering Leadership roles
- Proven experience in applying AI into software development (AI-assisted coding, automation, etc.)
- Strong expertise in NodeJS and ReactJS
- Solid understanding of system architecture and scalable system design
- Strong English communication skills (client-facing)
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility
Nice-to-have
- Experience with AI tools for development (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working with global clients
