Job Description

Title: SFA/CRM Tech Manager

Location: HANOI

Job Description:

  • Develop full-stack features for Geniee SFA/CRM service application (Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management)
  • Implement new features based on business team's requirements
  • Optimize web application for maximum speed, scalability and efficiency
  • Stay current with latest technology trends and adopt new tools/practices
  • Mentor and coach engineers on technical and career growth

Job Requirements:

Must Have (At least ONE of the following technical requirements)

Backend Focus:

  • At least 3 years experience in backend development using Python
  • Experience in architecture design using cloud services (AWS/GCP)

Frontend Focus:

  • At least 3 years experience in frontend development using React and Typescript

Common Must Have Requirements

  • Japanese communication skills
  • At least 4 years experience in web application development
  • Has experience introducing improvements to elevate team's development efficiency
  • Demonstrated interest in people management and leadership
  • Strong verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork, and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to mentor other team members
  • Desire to see not just self success but success from other team members
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice to Have

  • Experience in performance reviews or career coaching
  • Experience in both frontend (React) and backend (Python) development
  • Domain knowledge in sales support systems (Sales Force Automation)
  • Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and distributed processing
  • Agile/Scrum development experience
