Experience And Responsibilities

Minimum 7+ years of relevant industry experience with a bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
Expertise in PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.
Strong experience in custom application architecture and development in PHP.
Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modular code development.
Experience building user interfaces from HTML/CSS prototypes and integrating dynamic backend functionality.
Strong experience in web performance optimization, caching strategies, and Google PageSpeed optimization.
Strong knowledge of MySQL databases and query optimization.
Understanding of Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website/application performance.
Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
Strong understanding of web security best practices (OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices).
Experience in team handling, mentoring, and guiding developers to ensure high-quality software design.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in assessing team members&apos skills and providing necessary training and support.
