Your Role
We're looking for a Technical Lead who combines technical depth, people leadership, and solution-driven thinking.
You'll guide talented engineers, shape architectures, and turn ideas into scalable, real-world solutions all while keeping clients happy and teams inspired.

What You'll Do
- Oversee full project life cyclesfrom planning and development to deployment.
- Define technical architectures that align with client and business goals.
- Stay current with emerging tech trends/AI and bring innovation into delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design smart, scalable solutions.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, DevOps, and agile practices.
- Support engagement and solution proposal discussions with clients when needed.
Who You Are
- Experience: 68 years in tech with exposure to global or international contexts
- Leadership: 2+ years of team management (hiring, coaching, evaluating).
- Tech Expertise:
- Backend: Java, Node.js, Python. Knowledge in .NET, PHP.
- Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Mindset: AI-first, solution-driven, collaborative, and low-ego mindset.
- A hands-on teammate who mentors and empowers engineers.
- Curious and always learningup-to-date with modern tech stacks.
- Calm under pressure, great with people, and strong on delivery.
- English is a must
