Technical Lead

We are looking for someone who wants to build a product where enterprise data, GenAI, and AI Agents work together to support thousands of sales decisions every day.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team in developing the Sales Intelligence platform.
• Translate architectural and product requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Design and develop core system components:
• Data Services
• AI Services
• Agent Framework
• APIs
• Frontend & Backend Platform
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Engineering Team to make critical technical decisions.
• Define coding standards, engineering best practices, and ensure product quality.
• Participate in design and code reviews, and optimize system performance.
• Mentor and support the skill development of the engineering team.

2. Job Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer role leading a team.
• Experience with distributed system architecture, APIs, and Cloud Platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C#, Node.js, or equivalent).
• Strong ability to solve complex technical problems and guide a team.

3. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)

• Experience building products from the early stages (from scratch).
• Background in Data Platforms, Analytics, or AI Systems.
• Understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, or AI Agents.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• A strong interest in Product Thinking and Business Impact.
