We are growing strongly in Vietnam and hence, looking for a strong Technical Lead who will lead the technical competency development & pre-sales & delivery across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Excellence & Governance
- Oversee technical delivery quality across all projects
- Define and enforce: Coding standards; Architecture guidelines; Security practices
- Manage technical risks, escalations, and complex issues
- Ensure projects meet SLA, performance, and scalability requirements
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales
- Act as technical authority in client discussions
- Support sales with: Solution architecture; Estimation & proposal validation; Technical presentations & workshops
- Build long-term client trust through strong technical leadership
- Participate in key account strategy and upsell opportunities
Engineering Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Technical teams
- Define career paths, competency frameworks, and training plans
- Build a strong engineering culture (ownership, quality, accountability)
- Support recruitment of key technical roles
Innovation & Differentiation
- Build technical capabilities that differentiate the company (e.g., AI, data, cloud, platform engineering)
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks
- Drive internal R&D initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFCATIONS
Experience
- 8+ years in software engineering, with:
- 3+ years in technical leadership
- Strong experience in IT outsourcing / consulting environment
- Proven track record in client-facing roles and pre-sales support
Technical Expertise
Strong background in:
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Modern architectures (microservices, APIs, distributed systems)
- DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience across multiple tech stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JS, AI,..)
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks
