- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM (lunch break: 12:00 13:30)
- Saturday: 8:30 AM 12:30 PM (Work from home)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Lead to take technical ownership of our AI Assistant Platform a core product integrating cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, and multi-channel communication (web, mobile, API).
Your mission is to design and lead the development of a scalable, intelligent, and secure AI infrastructure that empowers businesses with personalized automation and conversational intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of the AI Assistant Platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, AI Engineers, and Frontend/Backend teams to define the technical roadmap.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance across distributed microservices.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of APIs, data pipelines, and AI integrations (LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning workflows).
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability, testing, and CI/CD.
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Translate business and product requirements into robust, production-ready technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Proven expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, including LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Strong understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and real-time communication protocols (WebSocket, STOMP).
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS or AI-driven products.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance for AI systems.
- Previous experience working with RAG-based architectures or AI workflow orchestration.
