Position Title: Technical Graphic Designer
Role Objectives:
As a Technical Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering quality design solutions across print and digital platforms, ensuring all outputs align with Moose's creative vision and meet international standards.
You will work collaboratively with Brand Development Teams to develop and execute creative design projects, while supporting the maintenance of design excellence throughout all phases of work.
Your role will involve contributing to process improvements, participating in training initiatives, and ensuring consistency and accuracy in all creative executions across global teams.
You will also contribute to Multi-Lingual Packaging projects, supporting the layout and adaptation of packaging materials for international markets.
Reporting to: Graphic Design/ Finished Art Manager
Work Hours: Standard office hours:
8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus reasonable additional hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Brand Development teams to produce compelling creative design executions and production-ready finished art for packaging.
- Ensuring all design outputs meet international and industry standards and expectations.
- Contributing to the delivery and maintenance of high-quality design across all project phases.
- Preparing, checking and finalising production-ready artwork using industry-standard tools including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Creating branding assets and visual mock-ups to support product and packaging development.
- Participating in training sessions to stay aligned with processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with senior team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Working on multi-lingual packaging, including layout development and adaptation for international markets.

Qualifications: - 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Sound English verbal and written skills.
- Tertiary qualification preferred, but not essential.
- Good knowledge of complete Adobe Suite, Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
