Job Description

Position: Technical Expert – BIW & Body Structure (TT200ST RM 4119)

Role Overview

Senior technical authority responsible for vehicle body structure, ensuring safety, NVH robustness, quality and long‑term structural excellence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical direction for BIW, doors, and closures across vehicle programs
  • Ensure body structures meet passive safety, NVH, sealing, and quality targets
  • Resolve complex BIW and closure issues across design, CAE, and manufacturing
  • Define and enforce BIW design standards and best practices

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Structural Engineering
  • 20+ years experience in BIW and body structure development
  • Strong systems-level understanding of body performance
  • Ability to influence cross-functional organizations
