Job summary:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) to join our Product Management team. You will act as the bridge between customers and the engineering team, gathering real-world requirements and translating them into technical specifications for humanoid robot systems.
This role involves close collaboration with customers, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure that every product feature or system function aligns with user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
You will manage requirements using Jira or Codebeamer, ensuring full traceability across the product lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 35 years of experience as a Technical or System Business Analyst, preferably in R&D, robotics, or embedded systems.
- Proven experience in working directly with customers to gather and analyze business or technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of system requirement management and traceability.
- Hands-on experience using Jira or Codebeamer (experience with both is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Analytical mindset, structured thinking, and a high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile or hybrid development models.
- Knowledge of V-Model or system engineering frameworks.
- Familiarity with QA and validation processes.
- Background in robotics, control systems, or AI-enabled products.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meet with customers to collect, analyze, and clarify needs and expectations for robotic functions and system capabilities.
- Translate customer and market requirements into clear, structured, and testable specifications.
- Work with product managers to define product scope and functional requirements.
- Manage and update requirement items on Jira or Codebeamer, ensuring proper traceability between customer needs, system requirements, tasks, and test cases.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and AI teams to validate technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain documentation: use cases, system workflow diagrams, data flow, and interface specifications.
- Support QA and validation teams to ensure requirements are testable and verifiable.
- Participate in customer reviews and product demonstrations, ensuring alignment throughout the development cycle.
- Identify and resolve requirement conflicts or inconsistencies across domains.
