Technical Business Analyst (Remote)

Gross Monthly salary: USD1200 - USD1650

Location: Remote, Vietnam

Job overview and responsibility

The Business Analyst is specifically tasked with managing projects and attending team meetings, project planning, user story refinement, documentation management and communicating proposed solutions to stakeholders based on the analysis undertaken. He / She must be trained in and understand relevant technologies to properly support these projects.

Other responsibilities include:

- Develop functional specifications which include requirements, scope, deliverables and schedules

- Lead a team of software professionals to meet project targets

- Collaborating with other technical leads to achieve project targets

- Interact effectively with users / stakeholders at all levels

- Perform integration testing and ensuring all projects managed are executed according to agreed scope and in aquality and timely manner

- Manage project proactively, identify potential risks and devise mitigation plans

- Provide regular updates on project progress / concerns to the Project Manager / Management.

Required skills and experiences

1. A degree in IT / Computer Science

2. Have at least 3 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst / Business Analyst

3. Have strong leadership and negotiation skills

4. Analytical and problem-solving mindset, customer oriented and team worker

5. Have experience in full SDLC from end to end, understanding the database design

6. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English

7. Strong in documentation and technical writing skills

8. Entrepreneurial orientation and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility, willingness and the ability to adapt to changing scenarios

Preferred skills and experiences

- Able to work after office hours in case of emergency events
