Technical Business Analyst (Remote fulltime)

We need a technically literate Business Analyst to act as the Gatekeeper and

Translator between Business/Product teams and IT. This person must ensure

rigorous documentation governance and must be capable of translating business

rules into Web2 (Traditional) and Web3 (Blockchain) technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Smart Contract & Blockchain Logic: Define the functional requirements for Smart

Contracts (e.g., Token Vesting rules, Minting/Burning logic, Wallet permissions).

You must be able to map out how a user's interaction on the Frontend triggers a

transaction on the Blockchain.

Requirement Management & Governance: Act as the Single Source of Truth.

Eliminate verbal-only feature requests. Ensure every requirement is

documented and tracked to prevent scope creep.

Consensus & Approval: Manage the sign-off process. Ensure every requirement

document has a clear artifact of consensus/approval from stakeholders before

handing it to developers.

Technical Translation: Translate business needs into detailed Technical

Specifications (User Stories, BRD) involving both off-chain (Database) and onchain (Ledger) data.

Technical Duties: Actively participate in the SDLC, including defining SIT/UAT

scenarios, validating Blockchain transaction results, and ensuring IT Security

Checklists are met

Requirements:

Experience: 35 years as a Technical BA or System Analyst.

Blockchain Literacy: Strong understanding of Web3 concepts (Wallets, Private

Keys, Gas Fees, ERC-20/721 Token Standards, and Block Confirmation times).

Technical Literacy: Must understand software development lifecycles (SDLC),

API concepts, and basic application architecture (Frontend vs Backend vs

Blockchain).

Documentation: Strong discipline in maintaining audit-ready documentation (Jira,

Confluence, Workflow Diagrams).

Communication: Able to firmly manage scope with stakeholders and clearly

explain technical constraints to non-technical teams
