Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site managerial role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Technical and Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will oversee the following job responsibilities:

i) Technical Engineering:

- Managing and ensuring the efficient and safe operation and maintenance of the machinery and equipment in the factory;

- Managing OEM orders in OEM factories including molding and tooling preparation, output, efficiency, quality, material consumption, wastage control;

ii) Quality Management:

- Establishing and managing company-wide quality standards and control processes across R&D, trial runs, production, OEM, and packing;

- Leading quality training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste;

- Overseeing management system development and certifications (e.g. ISO, HACCP, FSSC), supports process and policy building across departments, and ensures compliance with labor safety, 5S, CSR, and environmental requirements at the factory;

iii) Facility Management:

- Managing facilities and equipment, including maintenance, upgrades, procurement, and factory expansion or relocation projects, while coordinating subcontracting activities and supporting ERP system implementation.

You will manage 1 2 staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain product excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-year experience working in the technical, production and quality management fields. Experience in the plastics and bioplastics industry is an advantage
  • Education background in Material Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management or similar fields
  • Learning attitude, integrity and accountability and team work mindset are desirable
