Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Technical Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, project execution, and ongoing support. Responsibilities include client account management, delivering technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing projects, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Sales skills to nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise to resolve client issues efficiently and ensure satisfaction.
  • Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver client projects on time and effectively.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in working with cloud technologies, data solutions, or ERP systems like Odoo is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Prior experience in client-facing technical roles, particularly in relevant industries such as healthcare or real estate, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
