Key Contributions
This is a
hands-on recruitment role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment passionate about connecting great talent with purpose and building strong employer branding foundations from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across business, commercial, and technology functions
- Build and manage talent acquisition channels, including job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, agencies, and referrals
- Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing to position the company as an employer of choice in Vietnam
- Contribute to workforce planning and ensure timely alignment between hiring needs and business growth
- Maintain a strong candidate experience and ensure recruitment processes reflect the company's people-first culture
- Collaborate with regional TA teams in Singapore and Malaysia on hiring priorities and process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in IT hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence and partner with business leaders
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling organizations (tech, startup, or growth-stage preferred)
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Proactive, agile, and results-driven mindset
