Role Description

The Tech Recruitment Lead will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to meet the needs of our client partners. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hanoi, where you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates while fostering a seamless recruitment and candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining recruitment metrics, strategizing to build talent pipelines, and ensuring alignment with company values and client needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in technical recruitment, including sourcing and evaluating candidates for technical roles such as developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and track recruitment metrics to improve strategies and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on candidate experience and timely hiring.
  • Familiarity with hiring and workforce trends in the technology industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
