Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small, high-performing team across mobile, web, and backend domains.
- Set coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices.
- Debug complex production issues and identify root causes efficiently.
- Contribute directly to development ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Operations to deliver stable, user-centric releases.
- Drive a culture of ownership, precision, and technical excellence within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience (fullstack).
- Strong debugging and analytical skills able to trace through unfamiliar codebases.
- Writes clean, maintainable, long-term code, and ensures others follow the same standards.
- Experience in the following domains: Web: Angular & Backend: C# + .NET Core (not just .NET Framework)
- Experience in Swift (iOS) is a plus (not required)
- Can work autonomously and make sound technical decisions without close supervision.
- Fluent in English.
