Job Description

Description

  • Design and define system architecture for Government/Public Sector projects.
  • Lead and mentor the development team while ensuring code quality and technical standards.
  • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with BA/PM/Stakeholders to propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Design and develop backend services using .NET technologies. Optimize systems to ensure:
    • Performance
    • Scalability
    • Security
    • Maintainability
  • Participate in integrating internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Perform estimation, technical planning, and manage technical risks.
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue handling.
  • Ensure coding standards, architecture standards, and best practices across the team.
Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with .NET technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Leader / Team Lead role.
  • Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and enterprise application development.
  • Experience working closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to analyze and clarify business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system architecture.
  • Strong experience with:
    • C#
    • ASP.NET Core
    • Web API
    • Entity Framework or Dapper
    • SQL Server or Oracle
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Microservices Architecture
    • RESTful APIs
    • JWT / OAuth2 / RBAC
    • Distributed Systems
  • Good understanding of:
    • Docker
    • CI/CD
    • Git / GitFlow
  • Experience with Angular / ReactJS / VueJS is a plus.
  • Experience in legacy system migration or modernization is an advantage.
