Description
- Design and define system architecture for Government/Public Sector projects.
- Lead and mentor the development team while ensuring code quality and technical standards.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with BA/PM/Stakeholders to propose suitable technical solutions.
- Design and develop backend services using .NET technologies. Optimize systems to ensure:
- Performance
- Scalability
- Security
- Maintainability
- Participate in integrating internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Perform estimation, technical planning, and manage technical risks.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue handling.
- Ensure coding standards, architecture standards, and best practices across the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with .NET technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Leader / Team Lead role.
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and enterprise application development.
- Experience working closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to analyze and clarify business requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system architecture.
- Strong experience with:
- C#
- ASP.NET Core
- Web API
- Entity Framework or Dapper
- SQL Server or Oracle
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microservices Architecture
- RESTful APIs
- JWT / OAuth2 / RBAC
- Distributed Systems
- Good understanding of:
- Experience with Angular / ReactJS / VueJS is a plus.
- Experience in legacy system migration or modernization is an advantage.
