This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech Lead Full Stack located in Qun 3. The Tech Lead Full Stack will oversee the full development lifecycle, including architecture design, implementation, and code review. Responsibilities include leading a team of developers, ensuring quality standards, and implementing scalable solutions. The Tech Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals and mentor team members to achieve professional growth.

• Proficient in full-stack development, including expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby, or PHP).
• Skilled in database management, with hands-on experience in SQL, NoSQL databases, and database optimization.
• Strong understanding of architecture design, microservices, APIs, and scalable system implementations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy, manage, and optimize applications.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, including mentoring and guiding developers to deliver high-quality code.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to align technical work with business objectives.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in development or cloud technologies are a plus.
