You'll work in an international team that pairs German software quality and Vietnamese speed to innovate.
We are looking for a Tech Lead to help lead the architecture and development of our customer-facing BI and Analytics platform.
You will play a key role in designing scalable, data-driven applications and modern reporting solutions that enable customers to access operational insights, analytics, and business intelligence through intuitive and high-performance experiences.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role with strong influence on platform architecture, technical direction, engineering standards, scalability, and customer experience. You will work closely with frontend engineers, backend teams, data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade analytics capabilities.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs for analytics and reporting platforms
- Drive architecture decisions for customer-facing BI and data-intensive applications
- Build integrations between operational systems, analytics services, and reporting layers
- Collaborate with frontend and data engineers to deliver modern dashboard and reporting experiences
- Improve platform scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and support technical growth across the team
- Contribute to long-term platform strategy and technical roadmap
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET ecosystem
- Experience designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and software architecture principles
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Experience building modern frontend applications with React
- Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems
- Experience working with BI, analytics, or reporting platforms
- Strong understanding of data-driven applications and analytics workflows
- Experience building customer-facing enterprise applications
- Ability to drive technical decisions and influence engineering direction
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice To Have
- Experience with Power BI Embedded or similar analytics technologies
- Experience integrating operational and analytical systems
- Familiarity with data pipelines and reporting architectures
- Experience with large datasets and performance optimization
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization platforms
- Understanding of security and access control patterns in enterprise systems
