You'll work in an international team that pairs German software quality and Vietnamese speed to innovate.
We are looking for a Tech Lead to help lead the architecture and development of our AI-powered Service Desk platform. You will play a key role in designing scalable backend systems, integrating AI capabilities into operational workflows, and driving technical excellence across the platform. The system supports customer support and operational teams through automation, intelligent routing, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations with internal and external services.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role with strong influence on architecture, technical direction, engineering standards, and platform scalability. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, AI specialists, and stakeholders across the organization.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Design and develop scalable backend services using C# and .NET technologies
- Drive architecture decisions for distributed and service-oriented systems
- Build reliable APIs, integrations, and asynchronous processing workflows
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate intelligent automation capabilities into the platform
- Improve platform reliability, observability, security, and performance
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and support technical growth across the team
- Contribute to long-term platform strategy and technical roadmap
- Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET ecosystem
- Experience designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and software architecture principles
- Experience with microservices or service-oriented architectures
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous processing, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Experience building modern frontend applications with React
- Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems
- Ability to drive technical decisions and influence engineering direction
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice To Have
- Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities into applications
- Experience with service desk, CRM, or operational support platforms
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies
- Experience with observability and monitoring tooling
- Understanding of security and access control patterns in enterprise systems
