Your Role
As Creative Team Lead, you will lead a team of 2D Designers and ensure consistent high-quality delivery for European e-commerce clients (Amazon & D2C brands).
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring & developing design team members
- Ensuring consistent output quality & creative standards
- Managing daily & weekly KPIs and performance
- Resource & capacity planning
- Giving structured feedback and direction
- Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs & workflows
- Coordinating with Account Management and leadership
- Maintaining a professional, positive team culture
What You Bring
Must-have:
- 3+ years experience in E-Commerce / Digital / Amazon design
- Experience leading or mentoring designers (or strong leadership drive)
- Excellent design taste (branding, e-commerce creatives, ads, visual storytelling)
- Strong English communication
- Solid project management skills
- Process-oriented thinking and high accountability
