Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Đà Nẵng for a Team Leader of the R&D Analytical Team. The Team Leader will oversee the analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include supervising laboratory activities, managing R&D projects, analyzing technical data, preparing validation reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for quality improvement. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, troubleshooting analytical challenges, and supporting regulatory submission processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Method Development, Method Validation, and Laboratory Testing
• Strong skills in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Collaboration
• Knowledge of EU-GMP regulations, Quality Standards, and Regulatory Requirements for pharmaceutical products
• Experience in Data Analysis, Research, and Technical Reporting
• Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Continuous Improvement skills
• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience within an R&D analytical environment is an advantage
